How long does my order take to arrive? Every product has a different production time involved, so feel free to inquire about your specific order. Candlestick trays typically take a week and a half. Custom challah covers take about 2 weeks from your proof approval. Prints take about a week and a half. Items ship out of New Jersey.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it? Definitely!

I want a custom size product and the size isn’t on the site? Feel free to contact me directly at info@shiraauman.com and I'll do my best to make that happen for you!

Please note, I retain the rights to each and every one of my designs/works. I retain the right to reproduce any and all work I create, unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork. Purchase of full rights is separate and above the cost of the painting itself. The collector or buyer cannot reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

RETURN POLICY:

Prints: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. If a return is made, a credit is given, which can be used at any point in time. It does not expire. There are no refunds on prints. There is a 20% restocking fee.

Original Artwork: Original artwork cannot be returned but can be exchanged.

Products: Products such as candlestick or menorah trays can not be returned; however, if there are any flaws, a replacement will be issued.
